Call analytics + AI coaching, taken to production with a team that scaled 1 → 12. Built Supervize's platform from scratch: 60K+ daily calls analyzed by AI bots, real-time supervisor reports on agent performance. 4 years of partnership and sustained growth.
AI-vs-AI training simulator for call centers — joint venture with Supervize. Spun out of Supervize and DualNova: a multi-tenant simulator where AI agents play customer and rep, so call centers can train and score new hires before they touch a real call. Personas and Scenarios are configurable from the UI; runs on AWS Nova Sonic with isolated infra per tenant.
From real estate to commodities: white-label tokenization for LATAM. RentaBlock showcases our DualNova tokenization whitelabel — capable of any RWA project (real estate, mineral, ICOs).
